However, some women have already got into the dilemma of yellow nails, and do not know how to get rid of them. In fact, there are some home remedies that can lessen the yellowness or take it off completely.

Lemon

Due to the substances found in lemon, it has become a natural bleaching product. All you have to do is fill half of a container with lemon juice, soak your fingers for 10 to 15 minutes, and with a toothbrush scrub off the yellowness. After you are done, rinse with lukewarm water and moisturize.

Baking Soda

This is a natural bleacher and exfoliator. Just mix two and a half tablespoons of baking soda with one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide. After that, with a cotton apply the mixture on your nails and let it stay for 4 minutes, finally rinse with lukewarm water.

Just as it can whiten your teeth, toothpaste can whiten your nails. Apply a coat on your nails, leave it for 10 minutes, next, take it off with cotton swabs soaked in lukewarm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The acid present in vinegar can help reduce the yellowness of your nails. All you have to do is mix a quantity of vinegar with the same quantity of lukewarm water, soak your nails for 20 minutes, and dry with a soft towel.

 

N.B.: it is worth to mention that doing the previously mentioned solutions for one time only, will not give you any benefits. You should do one of them two to three times a week until you get the desired results.
